As part of the Harris County 2018 Bond Program and Hurricane Harvey recovery efforts, Harris County funded numerous preliminary drainage improvement studies for subdivisions throughout the County. These rapid 1-month studies were intended to gauge the extent and cost of needed improvements for the County to budget and allocate funding, as well as provide early engagement with the public on the study findings and recommended improvements.
HT&J provided preliminary drainage improvement studies and participated in the public outreach efforts for the Barwood (Pct 3), Stone Ridge (Pct 3), Sandpiper Village (Pct 4), and Fallcreek (Pct 4) subdivisions.
